Any new ways to wear thick curly hair?

My hair is really thick and very curly... all i really do is wear it in a bun or in braids with gel in it... im looking for a new way to wear it but im not too into the poofy afro look... got any ideas of how to wear it and what to put in it?

I love when girls with curly hair wear their hair in a tight ponytail, where it is completely straight in the front, but in the back you can see their curls. I also like to see hair that has two french rolls going down either sides of their head (towards the back of the head) leaving the ends curly, when it is tied off with a rubber band. I think curly hair is soooo pretty you should try to look at what the celebrities are doing. As far as what you can use to help the hair style I don't really know but I think either SunSilk or Garnier Fructise could work for your extra thick and curly hair.

many ways pull it to the side for that sexy look put an upside down pony tail so when u put your head back up the curls are onn top running down lookinf like a sascade of curls you may also want to try a butterfly braid french braid french twist just keep experimenting u will find so many different looks may i suggest since ur hair is so thick to get it thinned out? good luck

Okay, my hair is more wavy than curly.....what I usually do is pleat segments of it on either side and then tie it join the two with a clip. Otherwise, I just let it hang down or triple flip it into a ponytail.
