my hair doesn't curl just by scrunching, and so for the curly look, i have to sleep in the foam curlers. i just want to be able to have curly hair all the time!!

Getting a perm sounds like your best bet. Once you get a perm, you won't have to spend quite so much time on your hair each day. Remember, all perms will relax in a few weeks, %26amp; that's when you'll probably be glad you got one. If you came to my salon, I'd use the gray %26amp; pink perm rods on your hair. It'll be a little tight at first, but it's better to use those rods than to go with a bigger rod, %26amp; not have much curl two months later.

*Post perm tips*

*Wait two days after your perm, before shampooing it. This gives the cuticle layer (outer layer) of your hair a chance to close completely. Otherwise, the shampoo pull your perm out.

*Have your "ends" trimmed every six to eight weeks, so as to eliminate the dryness. Your perm needs to be freshened up with faithful trims.

*Avoid hair color after a perm, as it'll dry your hair out

*If using heat on your hair after the perm, use the "low" settings.

*A perm is NOT permanent as someone told you earlier. A perm will grow out within six months. Your perm will last that long if it's a good perm, professionally done, %26amp; trimmed/shaped every six to eight months.

*If you decide to have your hair permed again, wait a month at least so as to give your hair a rest %26amp; get a few deep conditioning treatments at a salon, %26amp; get your hair into good condition.

Get a spiral perm! they look so cute. I've done so many of them in the salon lately. Remeber IF you get the perm that it is PERMANENT and you wont be able to reverse it.

Dont get a perm because a perm makes your hair straight not curly.Try buying curling shampoo

Get a perm only if you are certain it is what you want. Otherwise just continue styling it curly. It's nice to have two options but if you would like a perm talk to your hairdresser. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

my advice is dont get one. if you do end of

getting one then make it your only time but

i wouldnt..

if you wanna scrunch straight hair..

then take a shower at night, put it in 3 messy buns

on the top of your head(while its wet) one on each

side and one in the back..load it with moose,

hair spray and or gell ..

in the morning take out the buns and take

moose in your hands and scrunch it normally..

coz unless u are def 100% sure u want to have a perm then dont bother since it last for quite a while and u might regret it sometimes

hello : 'am not sure of your length but if its longer than chin length I will suggest a light spiral (perm)just for you to try it and if it does go well for you than you can go for a stronger spiral. Good luck
